After working as a classroom teacher for seven years’, I moved into education recruitment in 2011. Since then, I have recruited across a number of sectors in the UK and New Zealand, still always maintaining my passion of education.

I currently work within the Business Transformation practice at INSIDE Recruitment, specialising in the recruitment of contract Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Project Coordinators across complex programmes and initiatives. My work spans government, health, finance and education, supporting organisations operating in high change, delivery critical environments.

Prior to this, I spent several years specialising in senior and executive appointments, including CE and DCE-level roles across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. That background gives me a strong understanding of how strategic intent is set at leadership level; and how it translates into real delivery requirements on the ground.

Outside of work, I spend time with my wife and two young children. I also coach junior grade cricket and am the Presiding Member of Khandallah School, which keeps me closely connected to my community. When time allows, I’m an avid guitarist, average squash player and test cricket tragic.
