Here at INSIDE I manage the Service function and team, ensuring we provide our consultants, our clients and our candidates with an exceptional service at all times, where we are driven by our INSIDE core values. I take pride in our Service team and our ability to treat every interaction with care. An important part of my role is also constantly looking for ways to improve our service, whether that be through technology, automation, training or processes. 

Outside of work, I am kept busy navigating mum-life with my toddler, experiencing the ups and (some) downs of parenthood for the first time with my partner. Being a Wellingtonian, I am lucky to have my family and friends close by and so spend any spare time I can with them.
