I joined INSIDE Recruitment’s Executive Search practice as an Associate Director in 2026, bringing experience from senior executive recruitment, succession planning and leadership development roles across London’s Financial Services Sector and the New Zealand Public Service.

I really enjoy working with organisations to build strong leadership capability and supporting key executive hires that make a long-term difference. I’m focused on building genuine relationships, offering practical advice and understanding what effective leadership looks like in real‑world, complex environments.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines at my kids’ sports, catching up with friends and family, listening to a few records or out on the water either on my paddleboard or finding time to get back into surfing.
