As part of Endeavour Consumer Health (a division of EBOS Group), this role offers the opportunity to lead Red Seal’s next chapter and contribute to a wider portfolio that includes Anti-Flamme, Gran’s Remedy, and Quitnits.

You’ll work across brand strategy, innovation, market validation, business case development, and be the driving force shaping go-to-market execution. It’s an end-to-end brand role with full visibility and real impact across the entire marketing mix and product lifecycle, both locally and in leading markets around the world including USA, Australia, China and Korea with exposure to some of the world’s largest retailers and eCommerce platforms. This is not about managing status quo. It’s about shaping what comes next and making it a reality.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll join a smart, close-knit marketing team that moves quickly and works shoulder-to-shoulder across comms, trade, insights, digital, and sales. The structure is lean, the collaboration is strong, and the backing is substantial. You’ll have the autonomy of a small brand house with the scale and support of a market-leading parent. This team is trusted across the business, and the expectation is clear—own it, drive it, and deliver it.
 

What you’ll actually get to do
  • Develop and deliver 12-month brand and category plans across multiple markets
  • Own the brand calendar and drive timely execution of campaigns and activations
  • Build and validate innovation concepts based on consumer trends and insight
  • Contribute to the strategic development of new brands and category expansion and develop business cases for new products, pricing, and market expansion
  • Lead go-to-market planning and campaign development in partnership with creative, comms, digital and trade.
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across digital, retail, and owned channels
  • Understand consumer behaviour, trends, and competitive landscape, finding and translating insights into actionable brand initiatives and messaging.
  • Monitor performance and track ROI across spend and activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand direction with sales, trade, product, and digital teams
