- Senior, hands on BA role with genuine ownership and variety
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical outcomes
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve processes and ways of working
We’re partnering with a purpose driven organisation operating at the intersection of health, safety and industry support, looking to bring an experienced Business Analyst into their Planning & Performance function.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands on analysis, working across a mix of operational change and project initiatives, and who values being close to the business rather than sitting in a purely technical or IT-led environment.
The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with operational leaders, product and technology teams to shape and deliver business and process improvements that make a real difference for end users.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, but also sweat the details, translating ideas into clear requirements, supporting delivery, and ensuring solutions genuinely work in practice.
You’ll be involved across:
- Business and operational analysis for medium-sized initiatives and BAU improvements
- Translating ideas into functional and non-functional requirements and user stories
- Process mapping, options analysis and usability improvements
- Supporting delivery through testing, implementation and change
- Using data and insights to validate problems, test assumptions and measure impact
- Financial cost-benefit analysis, benefits management and risk identification
- Working with internal teams and external providers to improve ways of working
This is very much a “doing” role, with exposure across operations, projects, strategy and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from experienced Business Analysts who can hit the ground running and bring strong commercial and operational thinking.
You’ll likely bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in an operations-focused Business Analyst role
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders
- Confidence facilitating workshops and translating business needs into clear documentation
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Experience working across projects of varying size and complexity
- The ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems
Experience in regulated environments, quality management systems, health & safety or industry-based organisations is beneficial but not essential.
Why consider this role?
- Purpose-led organisation with a strong commitment to wellbeing and safety
- High-trust, open culture with accessible leadership
- A role with real breadth and influence across the organisation
- Competitive salary package
- Subsidised health and life insurance
If you’re an experienced Business Analyst looking for a role where you can genuinely influence outcomes, work across a wide spectrum of initiatives, and be part of a values-driven organisation, this is a great opportunity to explore.
