Business Development Manager 

We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a high-performing national sales team. If you love working with people, thrive on building trusted relationships, and are passionate about brand growth at a store level, this role has your name on it! 

What you’ll be doing: 

Reporting to the National Field Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the commercial and marketing teams to bring brand strategies to life on the ground. 

You’ll take the lead across a diverse retail territory, working closely with a broad network of partners to influence, educate, and drive commercial success. This isn’t your typical account management role, it’s about creating real in-store impact and building long-term, trusted relationships with store managers and franchise owners. 

With a strong focus on growing key accounts, you’ll deliver compelling product training, support promotional activity, and execute strategies that boost visibility, sales, and stock performance. You’ll also keep a close eye on campaign results, sharing insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to help shape future initiatives. 

What we’re looking for: 

To thrive in this role, you'll bring proven experience in B2B field sales or territory management, paired with strong commercial acumen and a sharp eye for identifying growth opportunities.  

You're confident influencing decision-makers, presenting, and delivering training in a retail setting. Highly organised and proactive, you know how to manage a large call cycle while juggling multiple priorities. Your background in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, whether FMCG, retail, or similar means you're resilient, adaptable, and capable of working independently to deliver results.
