Our client is looking for a proactive and technically literate Business Analyst to become the Dynamics 365 & LMS specialist in a small digital team. You'll take ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated platforms (Moodle LMS, Power Platform, SharePoint, SkillsVR) — ensuring seamless experiences for 80,000+ learners and internal teams. This role is a great opportunity for an intermediate level BA to further develop skills leading out discovery on new and existing initiatives, managing vendors and being involved through the full delivery lifecycle. The role will be interesting and varied where you’ll get to grow a cross functional skill set due to the size of the digital team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead out analysis on new initiatives including proof of concepts and adhoc projects facilitating process and coordinating with 3rd parties.
- Support and optimise Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service) and integrated customer platforms
- Build and maintain Power Platform apps and workflows (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Manage Moodle LMS upgrades, plugin issues, and integrations
- Administer SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environments
- Coordinate vendors and third-party partners
- Provide user training, documentation, and responsive technical support
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years experience working in roles equivalent to a technical business analyst or functional consultant.
- Technically minded as you’ll need to make config changes to the D365 back end.
- Experience managing vendors, resolving system incidents, and supporting end-users
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple platforms and balance BAU support with improvement projects
