You’ll be working closely with a seasoned General Counsel and senior executives across the enterprise, providing strategic legal support that touches every corner of the organisation — from commercial operations and corporate governance through to risk, compliance, and board-level advisory. You’ll be embedded in the engine room of a business that operates across multiple regulated industries, offering a truly varied workload and the chance to develop enterprise-level legal and commercial capability. It’s a unique platform for a senior lawyer ready to shift gears — stepping beyond technical work into broader leadership, influence, and visibility. 
 

About the Role 
In this role, you’ll provide pragmatic legal advice on a wide range of commercial issues, contracts, and strategic projects, supporting senior stakeholders across the business. You'll contribute to governance, compliance, and company secretarial activities, including board and committee processes.
The role includes oversight of litigation and dispute matters (with support from external counsel), responsibility for privacy and licensing matters, and engagement across key regulatory obligations. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, support corporate transactions, and shape legal policy and process improvements. 
 

What We’re Looking For 

• 10+ years’ PQE with solid commercial, corporate, or litigation experience 
• Background in listed or large private organisations (or advising them) 
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders and board members 
• A calm, structured thinker with strong judgement and an appetite to lead 
• Someone looking to build toward a future General Counsel role
