The opportunity
Tū Ātea Network Services is a Māori-owned telecommunications and infrastructure platform with specialist capability across network services, technology, infrastructure and health technology.
Health is a key growth market for the organisation, with opportunity across clinical communications, aged care, patient safety, hospital technology and broader healthcare environments where trust, reliability and delivery matter.
Tū Ātea Network Services is seeking a Head of Health to grow this portfolio.
Healthcare credibility matters, but this is a growth role first. Success will come from opening doors, understanding customer problems, shaping practical solutions and converting opportunity into sustainable revenue.
You will work across public and private healthcare organisations, technology partners, suppliers and sector stakeholders to build long-term commercial relationships, grow existing accounts and support recurring revenue growth.
About you
You may come from health technology, medical technology, digital health, clinical communications, ICT services, enterprise solutions or another healthcare-adjacent commercial environment.
You will bring:
- Proven business development, account management or commercial leadership experience.
- Demonstrated healthcare sector experience.
- A track record of revenue growth and commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and strategic accounts.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management capability.
- Confidence working with healthcare providers, executives, procurement teams and technology partners.
