- Immediate start, flexible working, CBD location
- Broad HRBP portfolio across performance and talent
- Potential to extend or move into a permanent role
This is a strong contract opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys pace, variety and genuine partnering with leaders.
You’ll support a broad portfolio across regional and functional teams, working closely with leaders through a busy annual people cycle. Your focus will include performance conversations, calibration, remuneration cycle support, goal setting, and talent and succession planning, alongside day-to-day HRBP support.
The environment is fast moving, commercially minded and relationship led. You’ll need to build trust quickly, be confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable operating with a level of ambiguity. In return, you’ll be part of a supportive people team that values flexibility, ownership and sound judgement.
This is not a heavily policy-driven environment. It will suit someone who enjoys getting close to the business, understanding different leadership styles and helping move people activity forward in a practical way.
