Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery? This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can genuinely influence outcomes while staying connected to the operational heartbeat of the business.

We’re looking for two experienced HRBP to join a collaborative and supportive People team, partnering closely with leaders through a period of meaningful organisational change and growth.


About the role
This position offers a true 50/50 blend of strategic and operational HR, giving you the opportunity to contribute at both a big-picture and practical level.
Over the next 12 months, there is a strong pipeline of interesting and impactful strategic initiatives, alongside day-to-day partnering that keeps you close to leaders and teams. You’ll play a key role supporting change, building leadership capability, and strengthening organisational performance.


Key responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide trusted HR advice and guidance
  • Support and lead organisational change initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic people projects and workforce initiatives
  • Build strong, credible relationships across the organisation
  • Coach leaders to enable confident and effective people leadership
  • Work closely alongside specialist HR functions, including a dedicated ER team

About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between strategy and delivery. You build trust easily, bring sound judgement, and thrive in environments where relationships and collaboration matter.


You’ll likely bring
  • Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
  • Strength in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience supporting organisational change
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence working across both strategic initiatives and operational HR
