About you
To be successful, you will be an energetic and experienced lawyer with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, having had some exposure to some or all of the following areas :
- Property and Commercial matters,
- Elder Law (EPOA’s, Estate & Succession Planning & Will drafting),
- Trusts administration,
- Family law (particularly applications under the PPPR Act and division of Relationship Property) and
- Employment Law.
You will also
- Have a strong academic record;
- Have a strong work ethic, be organised with excellent time management skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage complex cases.
- Be people-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Be detail-oriented with excellent drafting and research abilities.
- Be community minded and possess a genuine interest in serving the local community.
