About you
To be successful, you will be an energetic and experienced lawyer with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, having had some exposure to some or all of the following areas :
  • Property and Commercial matters,
  • Elder Law (EPOA’s, Estate & Succession Planning & Will drafting),
  • Trusts administration,
  • Family law (particularly applications under the PPPR Act and division of Relationship Property) and
  • Employment Law.

You will also
  • Have a strong academic record;
  • Have a strong work ethic, be organised with excellent time management skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage complex cases.
  • Be people-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Be detail-oriented with excellent drafting and research abilities.
  • Be community minded and possess a genuine interest in serving the local community.
