Endeavour Consumer Health is a fast-growing consumer health business behind a portfolio of trusted and well recognised brands including Red Seal, Gran’s Remedy, Anti Flamme and Floradix. The Opportunity 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role has ownership of three critical national grocery customers: Woolworths, The Warehouse Group and Costco. 

This is a hands-on role with real accountability. You will be trusted to run your accounts end to end, drive sales and margin performance, and actively look for opportunities to grow the business. This is not about keeping things ticking along. It is about spotting white space, pushing for better outcomes and converting momentum into results. 

You will step into established senior buyer relationships and be supported by an experienced sales, category and field team. From there, the expectation is clear: build strong partnerships, sharpen execution and take performance to the next level. 


What You Will Be Doing 

You will own the commercial performance of your accounts, including sales, margin and trade investment. You will build and deliver clear account plans aligned to Endeavour Consumer Health’s growth strategy, balancing long term relationships with a strong focus on results. 

Your days will include working closely with customers on ranging, promotions and category opportunities, collaborating with marketing, category, supply chain and field teams to ensure strong in store execution, and staying close to performance through forecasting, demand planning and reporting. 

You will be encouraged to back your judgement, move with pace and take ownership. 


About You  

You enjoy being close to the customer and you like to win. You are motivated by growth, opportunity and seeing the impact of your work. 

You bring experience in key account or national account management within FMCG or grocery, ideally with exposure to major retailers such as Woolworths. You are confident building relationships, comfortable with commercial conversations and willing to roll up your sleeves. 

You do not need to have perfect analytics on day one. What matters most is curiosity, drive and a genuine desire to outperform. You learn quickly, take feedback well and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
