About the Role:
Partnering with our Director of Client Experience, the newly created Licensed Immigration Advisor will lead the end-to-end Active Investor Plus (AIP) visa process for our international, culturally diverse clients. This high-impact, client-facing position calls for immigration expertise, empathy, and precision. You’ll act as a trusted guide for high-net-worth individuals, solving complex scenarios and delivering a seamless journey from first conversation to residency.
You’ll be the primary liaison with Immigration New Zealand, ensure high-quality submissions, manage AML compliance, align visa and investment documentation, and support select client events across the US and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients Active Investor Plus visa journeys from discovery to submission, with the ability to advise on other residency pathways, when required.
- Interpret INZ policy and structure tailored, compliant client strategies
- Navigate complex client scenarios with clarity and confidence
- Own our INZ relationship and stay ahead of regulatory changes
- Join sales calls and helping connect the dots between visa specifics and investment conversations

You thrive in ambiguity, solve problems with ease, and bring energy, initiative, and collaboration to a close-knit, high-performing team. You’re hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You will also bring:
- A current NZ Immigration License with experience in, or exposure to, investor-class visas (especially AIP) and adherence to IAA code of Conduct.
- Strong working knowledge of INZ policy, visa documentation, and compliance frameworks (AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS), with a focus on improving internal processes
- A balanced mindset, solution-oriented, commercially aware, and confident working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Agility and adaptability. Comfort in managing multiple client journeys in a premium, fast-paced environment.
