ACC is seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of recruitment services across the organisation.
Over the past year the Talent Acquisition function has undertaken important foundational work to improve recruitment governance, policy alignment and operational consistency. The next phase of the journey focuses on lifting the impact of the function, moving toward a more strategic and value-add talent acquisition approach.
Working closely with People & Culture leaders and hiring managers across ACC, you will guide the team to deliver consistent, transparent and effective recruitment processes while also maturing and modernising recruitment processes and practices.
Key areas of focus:
- Leading and evolving ACC’s Talent Acquisition team and service offering
- Strengthening recruitment practices and uplifting hiring leaders' capability
- Drive processes improvement, system optimisation and enhance candidate experience
- Evolving attraction and selection practices to ensure ACC has talent it needs to deliver
- Building strong partnerships across the organisation and with external networks

We are seeking an experienced collaborative Talent Acquisition leader who brings both strong recruitment expertise and the ability to evolve and modernise a function within a complex organisational environment.
You will bring:
- Experience leading a recruitment or Talent Acquisition function at scale
- Strong technical expertise across recruitment strategy, sourcing and assessment
- A track record of improving recruitment practices, processes or systems
- Proven leadership of building, coaching and developing high performing teams
- The ability to work pragmatically within large organisational environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
