We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Design & Change specialist to lead critical design and transformation work within a large, complex organisation. This is a hands-on contract where you’ll diagnose organisational challenges, design practical solutions, and drive change adoption at pace.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end organisational design across multiple workstreams (structures, roles, operating models)
- Diagnosing current state issues and delivering practical, fit-for-purpose design solutions
- Developing and embedding change strategies, frameworks, and tools
- Partnering closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, adoption, and outcomes
- Coaching leaders through change and building internal capability
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an Org Design & Change specialist (not generalist HR)
- Strong track record delivering design in complex, large-scale environments
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, implementable design
- Confidence influencing at senior level and leading through ambiguity
- Experience embedding change frameworks and lifting organisational capability
