Principal Organisational Design Specialist & Change Specialist
The team at Inside Recruitment is partnering with two key clients who have exciting work programmes on the horizon. As a result, we are seeking experienced professionals to join their organisational design and change teams.
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong organisational design expertise and a proven track record in leading change initiatives. You’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences, building trusted relationships with stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will be critical as you contribute to a wide range of organisational design activities. These include change consultation, analysis and recommendations, organisational and role design, defining and refining ways of working, and supporting consultation and engagement processes.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior executives-guiding, constructively challenging, and supporting them through complex organisational change.
Key skills and experience:
- Proven organisational design experience at a senior level
- Strong understanding of HR and employment relations requirements and processes
- Deep knowledge of organisational design methodologies and frameworks
- Experience leading organisational design, change, and consultation processes
- Ability to gather, analyse, and present insights to inform design decisions and communication materials
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to lead others to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach
- Experience coaching and mentoring others to build capability within teams
