About the Role 
On behalf of The Icehouse, we’re seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Programme Manager to deliver exceptional experiences across their flagship learning programmes and key engagement events. 

This is a pivotal delivery role, ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, juggling logistics, coordinating stakeholders, and managing participant experience, all while remaining calm under pressure. 

The Programme Manager will take full ownership of end-to-end logistics across the learning and engagement calendar, ensuring delivery is aligned, efficient, and impactful.  

This role covers the full spectrum of event delivery, from booking venues and coordinating suppliers to managing budgets and improving processes as the organisation evolves. It’s a mix of hands-on logistics and people connection: the Programme Manager is the driving force behind smooth execution and the warm, reliable point of contact for facilitators, participants, and partners. 

About you  
You’ll bring experience in learning and development environments, whether that’s learning coordination, working in HR teams, or supporting training delivery. Strong programme coordination skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and stakeholders with ease. 

You’re proactive, highly organised, and thrive in fast-paced settings where juggling priorities is the norm. Confident engaging with a wide range of people from small business owners to external facilitators you bring strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence. 

Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’re comfortable working across different systems and not afraid to get hands-on. You take ownership of your space, show initiative, and follow through to get things done. 

We are looking for: 

  • Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or event operations 

  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and a strong bias for action 

  • A proactive, action-focused mindset, someone who takes ownership and gets things done 

  • Confidence using technology and systems (CRM experience a plus) 

  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering great experiences
