- Own projects end-to-end and make a real impact from day one.
- Work across delivery, planning and client coordination.
- Supportive, small-business team where your voice matters.
At TenFour, we’re searching for a confident and proactive Project Facilitator to join our growing team. This is a full-time role based in Auckland, with the flexibility to work remotely and shape your workday to suit your lifestyle.
You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and helping deliver tech integration projects. If you’ve worked in construction, telco, or trade services and want a role where you’ll genuinely own the process, this is the opportunity for you.
About the role:
As Project Facilitator, you'll be the hub of our project delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
- Project planning – Build and manage plans, align with teams, and get customer sign-off.
- Resource coordination – Book and manage contractors, schedule work, and ensure delivery readiness.
- Project monitoring – Keep everything moving, escalate risks early, and close out issues.
- Documentation – Track variations, notes, correspondence, and billing inputs in WorkGuru.
- Customer updates – Maintain strong client relationships and send weekly status reports.
- Post-delivery – Close the loop, manage defects, and ensure smooth handover.
About you:
You’re organised, adaptable, and understand how small businesses work—things move fast, and everyone pitches in. You bring:
- Project coordination or admin experience, ideally in construction, trades, or a delivery setting.
- Strong time management—for yourself and to keep others on task.
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for permission to solve a problem.
- Confidence to interact with clients and external stakeholders.
- Experience in WorkGuru or similar tools (bonus, not required).
Why TenFour?
We’re a people-first business that values trust, flexibility, and ownership. You’ll join a close-knit team where your contribution matters, and your ideas are welcome.
Whether you're growing your project skills or bringing strong experience to the table, you’ll be supported to evolve your career while working in a genuinely collaborative and down-to-earth environment.
