We are working with a listed financial services group to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel into a role offering genuine breadth across a complex and regulated environment.
This is not a narrow or highly specialised position.
The role spans:
- Material transactions and commercial arrangements
- Product development and innovation initiatives
- Regulatory change and compliance projects
- Day-to-day business and operational matters
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, contributing to both strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activity.

About you
- Around 6 to 12+ years’ PQE
- Background in corporate, commercial, banking or regulatory law
- Currently in private practice or in-house

Financial services experience is helpful but not essential. We are open to candidates from other regulated or complex commercial environments.
