Senior Org Design Advisor

Senior Org Design Advisor

  • Shape the future:  your ideas will help set the standard for how Org Design is delivered across the organisation.
  • High‑performing, tight‑knit crew: You’ll join a small, respected team that delivers high‑quality work at pace. You’ll never be left to fly solo—expect genuine collaboration and support.
  • Make a real impact: With several cost‑saving and transformation programmes underway, there’s a pipeline of meaty projects where your recommendations will influence structure, resourcing and spend.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner & challenge: Work side‑by‑side with business leaders—asking the right questions, testing thinking and guiding them to the best Org Design solutions.
  • Design & deliver: Run medium‑sized change initiatives end‑to‑end (larger, complex pieces are tackled with the senior members in the team). Map current vs. future states, create impact assessments, cost models and consultation packs.
  • Project manage: Set clear timeframes, create project plans and track deliverables to keep work on‑time and on‑budget.
  • Facilitate engagement: Prepare and run workshops, engage with unions, draft consultation documents and write fit‑for‑purpose position descriptions.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven Senior HR/Org Design Advisor with hands‑on OR good understanding of organisational design or restructure experience.
  • Confident partner who can quickly build credibility, ask incisive questions and hold their own with senior stakeholders.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys juggling multiple projects.
  • Sound grasp of change‑management fundamentals—impact analysis, cost modelling, comms and consultation.
