Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join a thriving, well-established HR function. This team is energised by the opportunity to support their diverse organisation with forward-focused people initiatives that make a real impact.
You’ll bring proven expertise across OD, having led and delivered significant projects. Areas of focus include:
- Designing and delivering emerging leadership pathways
- Strategic talent management planning
- Enhancing Diversity & Inclusion practices
- Supporting a range of innovative organisational initiatives
This role is hands-on across design, delivery, and implementation , and will see you working closely with a highly engaged executive team eager to roll out proactive and progressive people strategies.

- Solid track record in Organisational Development across multiple initiatives
- Strong project leadership and delivery experience
- Proactive, hardworking, and collaborative, with a sense of fun in how you work
- Passionate about creating practical, people-centred solutions
