As a Senior Associate or Associate Director, you’ll be at the heart of this high-performing team, taking the lead on assignments while building meaningful connections with clients and candidates alike.
About You
You’re proactive, personable, and professional—someone who values raising the bar while genuinely caring for others. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have:
- Agency recruitment experience, preferably in contract and/or permanent roles
- Finance or accounting recruitment knowledge
- Strong business development skills and relationship-building focus
- Excellent verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to lead assignments independently
