Our client is in the middle of a busy time in their business with growth and change underway. They are looking for an experienced, senior-level operator to join this large-scale programme, bringing superb programme risk and assurance experience, with an ability to work bottom-to-top bringing outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading engagements with programme Workstream Leads.
- Raising and managing current and future stake risk.
- Maintenance of all risk and assurance collateral.
- Working with leadership teams to enable consistent approaches are being adopted to enable robust risk management practices.
- Engagement with external vendors will be required to ensure capacity to deliver against expected risk management practices.
What we’re looking for
- A proven, senior level contractor who can hit the ground running.
- Experience is imperative to the success of this role because of the large-scale nature of this programme.
- Building a guiding and support relationship is key in this role.
- You must be able to write well, hold robust conversations, and engage with SLT and project leads to 'bring them on the journey'.
This is a comprehensive, end-to-end programme risk role. You will be expected to take a hands-on approach, managing the administrative aspects of risk and assurance to support the successful delivery of the programme. In addition, you must be confident engaging with senior-level stakeholders and capable of providing strategic risk and assurance advice and guidance.
