About You
You’ll be a self-sufficient and technically adept Senior BA, comfortable navigating complex environments and balancing competing priorities. You’ll bring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
You’ll also have:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex or government settings.
- Strong understanding of system integration and how software applications work together.
- Confidence working across technical and business teams, engaging stakeholders, and assuring requirements.
- Experience documenting processes, analysing data, and crafting clear business and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with SQL or the ability to query data (advantageous).
- Experience contributing to user experience and interface design discussions.
- A pragmatic approach, able to guide teams through the challenges of legacy systems while supporting transformation.
Why Join
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a critical portfolio, helping shape the next phase of digital capability and process improvement. You’ll join a collaborative, capable team where your expertise will be valued and your input will directly influence key outcomes.
