Manager, Stakeholder Management

/ About the Role

As Manager, Stakeholder Management, you will lead the coordination of stakeholder engagement activity across WorkSafe, ensuring engagement is aligned, prioritised and delivered in a consistent and purposeful way.

This role bridges strategy and delivery. Working closely with the Head of Stakeholder Partnering and Management, you will translate organisational priorities into structured engagement plans, practical processes and coordinated activity across the organisation. You will provide the systems, frameworks and support that help teams plan, coordinate and deliver effective engagement activity, whether through partnering arrangements, stakeholder networks, events or other engagement channels.

This is not a traditional relationship management role focused on owning stakeholder relationships. It is an opportunity to build and mature the operational capability that enables high quality stakeholder engagement across WorkSafe. You will create visibility, reduce duplication, improve coordination and help establish consistent ways of working that support meaningful engagement outcomes.
